CONTACT POINTS

 

Pursuant to the Prime ministry Circular dated 2/4/2007 and numbered 2007/6, the public institutions and agencies within the scope of the by-law on the procedures and principles for preparing legislation are assigned to build capacity for the RIAs to be prepared within their own bodies, to establish quality and a unit to ensure coordination with the Better Regulation Group under the body of the Prime Ministry, to comply with the attached Regulatory Impact Analysis Guidelines during their duties.

Pursuant to the provisions of the said Circular and upon the request of the Prime Ministry, Regulatory Impact Analysis coordination units and contact persons have been assigned in all the relevant institutions and agencies.  clik

 

 

Main tasks of the coordination units are specified as follows:

  • To build an administrative capacity with relation to Regulatory Impact Analysis,

  • To establish quality and to control whether the important points specified in the Regulatory Impact Analysis Guidelines are met,

  • To ensure coordination with the Regulatory Reform Group established under the body of the Prime Ministry.

With the invitation of the Regulatory Reform Group, two “RIA Coordination units” meetings with the participation of all the coordination units, including the first one in the Prime Ministry  and the second one in Monec Hotel (Trainings and Workshops), shall be organized.
